Have you taken the ACT or SAT ?

Please Explain, we would love to know where you stand and how is the process of scheduling your Standardized Tests going for you? What Standardized Tests are you taking and what is your OFFICIAL scheduled Test Date? And last but NOT least do you have any suggestions or are in need any answers to any open unresolved Issues such as scheduling and/or funding?

Have you applied for a Pell Grant ?

Please Explain, we would love to know where you stand and how is the process of finding Funds for college going for you and have you obtained any success? Have you filed your FASFA for a Pell Grant or Loans? Debt Free is the Only way to go to college – well the BEST Way! And last but NOT least do you have any suggestion or are in need any answers to any open unresolved Issues such as finding; filling out your documentation or are you dealing filing Federal Income Tax Issues ?

Have you applied for the Eligibility number ?

Please Explain your answer, we would love to know where you stand and how is the process of applying for and gaining NCAA/NAIA Eligibility for college athletics going for you? Have you filed your NCAA/NAIA Eligibility request and if NOT Why? And last but NOT least do you have any suggestions or are in need any answers to any open unresolved Issues such as filling out and filing your documentation?

Do you have a PSA Briefcase (Introductory Cover Letter; PSA resume/Profile and a Compilation Video)?

Please Explain your answer, we would love to know where you stand and how is the process of applying for and gaining College Admissions; BOTH Academic and Athletic Scholarships going for you? Have you filed out any PSA College Questionnaires which can be found on each school’s Athletic website and if NOT Why? And last but NOT least do you have any suggestions or are in need of answers to any unresolved Issues as related to understanding the PSA Recruiting Process?

Have you had all of your Sports Program required vaccinations ?

Please explain your answer. We would love to know where you stand and are you aware of each School’s COVID-19 related Policy? Do you have a completed Sports Physical and Passport? And last but NOT least do you have any suggestions or are in need of answers to any unresolved Issues such as filling out and filing Health, Immunization and Passport applications and documentation?

Have you addressed your current level of College Readiness and college requirements in detail with your assigned School Guidance Counselor ?

Has anyone spoken to you about the significance of the “pupil’s” inventory service and/or if interested have you received Vocational Information during meetings and other special events? And last but NOT least do you have any suggestions or are in need of answers to any unresolved Issues as related to Remedial or Referral Services?

Have you received any personal correspondence from a Coach ?

Has anyone met with and/or spoken to you about when to reach out to Coaches and how identify Personal versus Automated emails and other correspondence? How to all but GURANTEE that you will receive a Roster Spot or Scholarship Offer. And last but NOT least do you have any suggestions or are in need of answers to any unresolved Issues as related to communicating with coaches.
